Paw Stories is a mobile application that connects donors with animal shelters and rescue organizations. By using our app, you agree to these terms.
All donations are processed securely through our payment partners. Paw Stories does not hold or pool funds — donations are transferred directly to the organization's registered account. A minimal platform fee applies to each transaction, shown clearly before confirmation.
All organizations are manually verified before going live. We check legal registration, account ownership, and animal welfare compliance.
User Content & Copyright
Users retain ownership of content they upload to Paw Stories, including videos, images, audio, captions, and profile information. By uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use and share it.
Paw Stories may host, store, process, display, reproduce, export, compress, distribute, and make available uploaded content solely for operating, improving, securing, promoting, and providing the service.
Users are solely responsible for content they upload, export, repost, or share to third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar services. Paw Stories does not automatically publish content to third-party platforms and is not responsible for copyright claims, platform policy violations, or unauthorized reuse by users.
If you believe content on Paw Stories infringes your copyright, contact hello@pawstories.com with relevant details and we will review and remove content where appropriate. Paw Stories may request additional information to verify ownership or authority before taking action on a claim.
Download Permissions
Certain content on Paw Stories may be made available for download by the uploader. Users may only download, save, repost, distribute, or reuse content where the uploader has enabled downloads or where otherwise permitted by law.
Download availability may vary by content, device, region, or platform restrictions.
Responsibility for Rights
By uploading content to Paw Stories, users represent and warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions for all elements of the content, including video, images, music, audio, trademarks, and likenesses.
License to Paw Stories
By uploading content, users grant Paw Stories a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and make available the content solely for operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Paw Stories service.
Copyright Enforcement & Repeat Infringers
Paw Stories reserves the right to remove content, disable downloads, suspend accounts, or terminate users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property or copyright rights.
Unauthorized Reuse Disclaimer
Paw Stories is not responsible for unauthorized copying, downloading, screen recording, reposting, or redistribution of user content by third parties or external platforms.
We may collect optional contact information, such as an email address, if provided by the user. We also store donation history. Payment data is handled entirely by our payment partners — we never store card details.
We use your data to process donations, send receipts, and manage your account. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use minimal cookies for language preferences and session management. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
We may temporarily cache or process uploaded media files to support playback, export, sharing, compression, and device saving features.
